Candles are fast becoming a fundraiser favorite because they are easy to sell (everyone loves candles) and the rewards are great. Belle Cire Candle Company’s goal is to provide your organization with a fundraiser that is easy and profitable. Any size organization can participate and there are no upfront costs and no minimum orders.

 

The Product

Belle Cire candles and travel tins are made from refined paraffin wax and our wax melts are made with a soy/paraffin blend. Our products are scented with the finest fragrance oils available. Each product is hand poured and formulated to provide a rich, aromatic fragrance with extended burn times. Belle Cire Candle Company uses only lead free wicks. Belle Cire Candle Company offers 11 ounce jar candles, 8 ounce Travel Tins, and 2.8 ounce wax melts in 10 popular fragrances.

The Profit

Each 11 ounce jar sells for $20.00, the travel tin sells for $15.00, and the wax melts sell for $12.00 for a double pack. At the end of the sale, the organization will place a master order for the total number of products sold and pay $10.00 for each jar, $7.50 for each tin, and $6.00 for each wax melt sold. That is a 50% profit.

The Sale

Belle Cire Candle Company will assist with any planning and answer any questions you may have. Belle Cire Candle Company will provide a full color brochure/order form and a money collection envelope for each participant. Participants take orders for a designated time period. We recommend a two week period for taking orders. Customers are asked to pay when they place their order.

     ALL CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO YOUR ORGANIZATION

 In addition to the order form, participants can solicit support through internet sales. Participants can encourage potential supporters to go to the Fundraiser tab at www.bellecire.com. The Fundraiser page will have your organization listed. By clicking on your organization name, supporters can purchase candles using their credit card. During the check out process, customers can select to have the purchase shipped directly to them or delivered to the organization. Items shipped to the cistomer will be charged a shipping fee. If the customer chooses to have their purchase delivered to the organization then no shipping fee is applied, however it will be the organization's responsibility to deliver the purchase to the customer. When an order is placed, customers are instructed to type in the name of the individual and organization they are supporting to ensure proper credit. Profits from internet sales will be delivered to the organization when the order is delivered.

Ordering

At the end of the designated selling period, all participants will turn in their order forms and the money they have collected to the fundraising coordinator. A representative from your organizations will then check each form to ensure that the correct amount of money has been collected for each participants order. The coordinator will total up all orders and put the totals on a Belle Cire Candle Company master order form. The coordinator will then submit the master order form and payment to Belle Cire Candle Company.

Delivery

Belle Cire Candle Company will begin pouring your candles once the master order form and money due is submitted to Belle Cire Candle Company. Each candle will be hand poured according to the master order. Each participants order is separated, boxed, and labeled with the participants name. Each jar is bubble wrapped to prevent damage. Your order will be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks depending on the number of candles ordered.
